Reaching Europa-Park in the morning is rarely a problem. The return leg is. The park closes late — later still on summer evenings and during the Halloween season — and public connections between Rust and Strasbourg run to fixed timetables that do not follow closing time.
Standing in the car park with tired children while the last departure has already gone is a poor end to the day. A booked transfer waits until you come out.

We are not the only way to reach Europa-Park, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise.
Regional coach services run from Strasbourg and from Sélestat, often seasonally. There is also the train to Ringsheim followed by a shuttle to the park, and long-distance bus operators serve the route. If you are travelling alone or as a pair, with no fixed return constraint and no bulky luggage, those options cost less than we do. That is simply true.
A private transfer earns its place from three or four people upwards, when the return is late, when you are travelling with young children, or when you would rather not think about it at all.

This service is a saloon car: four passengers maximum, with their luggage. That covers the vast majority of visits — a couple, a family, a small group of friends.

How do I get to Europa-Park without a car?
From Strasbourg there are three realistic routes. Take the train towards Ringsheim and the park shuttle from there; take a seasonal regional coach where one runs; or book a private transfer door to door. The first two are cheaper for one or two people. The third wins when you are three or four, when you have young children, or when the park closes after the last connection.
Will you wait if we come out later than planned?
Yes. Call or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know your actual exit time and the return is adjusted. That is precisely what a booked transfer offers over a fixed-timetable service.
The journey crosses into Germany. Are there any formalities?
